Inulin is a prebiotic that stimulates

pH, which improves calcium absorption, improving immune function,

colon cancer risk. Due to its cold
water solubility, it can be formulated
into beverages, bakery or dairy products like yogurt and kefir.

and Tradin have also introduced organic fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS).
FOS consists of the shortest polymers
found in organic agave inulin and is
often used in conjunction with inulin.
