certified organic flavors for use in al-
coholic beverages. The Alcohol and
Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau
(TTB) has very strict guidelines as to
what can or cannot be used in a flavor
formula for use in an alcoholic beverage, and these flavors meet these guidelines.
